Evidence-Based Psychotherapy Tailored to Your Goals
Brooke Tirone, MSW, LCSW
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable being yourself—where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you figure things out.
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults in an outpatient setting, supporting them as they navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I value getting to know each person beyond the challenges that bring them to therapy—their interests, strengths, hopes, and what makes them who they are.
My approach is evidence-based, warm, collaborative, and integrative, which means I draw from different therapeutic modalities to find what works for you. I take the time to understand your experiences and create an individualized treatment plan that reflects your needs and goals. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re feeling, explore patterns in your life, and build practical skills you can use beyond our sessions.
I’m also an EAGALA Certified Mental Health Professional and a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher. These trainings reflect my love for animals and my appreciation for the mind-body connection. My equine-assisted psychotherapy training offers a ground-based, experiential approach alongside horses and an equine specialist, while my yoga background informs how I incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, and body awareness into our work when helpful.
Above all, I value the relationship we build. Finding a therapist you connect with is such a personal decision, and I believe a strong therapeutic alliance is one of the most important parts of successful treatment. My hope is that our sessions feel like a space where you can be honest, ask questions, and feel supported—even when the work feels challenging. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you while working toward meaningful, sustainable change.
Outside of my work, I value time to slow down and connect with the people and activities that bring me joy. You can often find me on my yoga mat, reading a book, walking my dog, or spending time with my family!
